We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train software models.
Who receives it
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: website hosting, email, file storage and Cal.com for call booking. Each provider processes data only on our instructions. Only the estimator assigned to your project and our client contact can open your project files.
How long we keep it
- Project files: deleted 90 days after delivery, or earlier when you ask.
- Estimates and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
- Job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can object to a use of your data. Write to privacy@tallmason.com. We reply within 30 days. We do not treat you differently when you use these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers
Our team works remotely in more than one country. When we move personal data out of the EU or the UK, we use standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer method.
