How we handle your plans
Your drawings and bid numbers are confidential. These are the practices we follow on every project.
NDA on request
We sign your NDA, or send ours, before you send the drawings.
Encrypted file transfer
We receive and send files through links that use TLS encryption. We do not accept plans on removable media.
Access to the assigned estimator only
Only the estimator on your project and the client contact can open your files.
Files deleted on schedule
We delete your project files 90 days after delivery, or earlier when you ask.
Privacy aligned with GDPR and CCPA principles
We collect the minimum data, we use it only for your project and you can ask us to export or delete it.
No tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Security reviews
If your company has a vendor security questionnaire, send it to hello@tallmason.com. We answer each question in writing.
